1. Return

1.1 A return is only possible if the goods show no signs of use. Goods that are not custom-made can generally be exchanged. The exchange of custom-made goods is not possible, but you have the right to have any defects repaired.

1.2 A return of the goods within 10 days without giving any reason will be accepted. The item must be unused and in perfect condition. The purchase price will be refunded minus the shipping costs incurred. Returned products must not show any traces of use.

2. Defects

2.1 The customer must inspect the goods upon receipt and report any defects in writing within 5 days.

2.2 Complaints must be made within 14 days of receipt of the shipment. In the event of justified complaints, the customer shall be entitled to one of the statutory warranty claims of the following choice (return, reduction, replacement delivery).

2.3 The postage for any return shipment for the purpose of exchange or rectification of defects has to be paid by the customer. However, the customer has the possibility to exchange the goods free of charge at our stores in Bern and Zurich.

2.4 Exchange/return only possible in case of defects, wrong delivery, or defective goods.
