Built around the malt bill of a typical wheat, but fermented with American ale yeast and dry hopped to be a modern single-hop Citra American Wheat Ale. This is a summer beer by definition. Clear straw colored, clean, with a persistent creamy white foam head thanks to extra of proteins from all the wheat. Aromas of mango, kiwi and spices due to the post-fermentation hopping are followed by passion fruit and wheaty graininess on the palate.
