A light and refreshing spelt beer. Made with spelt from a regional mill that only processes grain from the region.

Organic malt, the best aroma hops from Germany and Switzerland and a proprietary blend of yeasts from the Emmental round out this classic. In the aroma, the spicy and peppery notes of the yeast predominate. On the palate, a light body with a balanced, slightly sour finish. Rustic, regional and simply delicious.

AROMA & TASTE
Floral, fruity aromas on the nose and a taste of pumpernickel. These are the characteristics that makes the Artemis particularly refreshing. RAW MATERIALS

Artemis Saison is made from organic malt and unmalted spelt from the nearest surroundings. For hopping, hop varieties from Germany and Switzerland are used; preferably in organic quality.

PRODUCTION

Due to the fermentation with the wild yeasts, the fermentation lasts up to 6 months. The yeasts metabolize all the sugars in the beer, giving Artemis a dry finish with no residual sweetness and many more floral, fruity aromas. The spelt further gives the Artemis a lean, refreshing body.
