In the canton of Vaud, the finest Swiss craft beer has been brewed since 2001. Founded by 3 childhood friends, Brasserie Docteur Gab's has established itself in Switzerland as a pioneer of the local craft beer scene. Docteur Gab's brews with passion and joy for new innovations. Beer does not have to be blond and boring, as a glance at the extensive range of different beers that Docteur Gab's Brasserie has to offer proves. When two renowned Vaudois join forces, the quality of the product multiplies. This is the case with this beer, brewed by Dr. Gab's and then aged for 9 months in Chasselas barrels from Badoux Vins in Aigle. The result is a dry and spicy blonde with notes of wood, pepper and vanilla. A top beer for special moments!
